How to Raise a Complaint With Functionguidance Roofing

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Functionguidance Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Functionguidance Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Functionguidance Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@functionguidance.garden and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
