Important Disclaimer Before You Use This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use functionguidance.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Roofer

Functionguidance Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them, tarp them or handle storm damage work. Any work on your home is done by an independent provider, never by Functionguidance Roofing.

No Endorsement and No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Roofs differ from home to home, and what fits one house may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, your location, the size of the roof, the materials and how much damage there is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss, and we do not file, manage or negotiate insurance claims. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Roofs can be dangerous. After a storm, there may be downed power lines, weakened structures and slippery surfaces. Do not climb onto a damaged or wet roof. If you think anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How Functionguidance Roofing Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Functionguidance Roofing when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Content

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it contains no mistakes.
